A Guidance for Every Generation Until the Day of Judgment 📖 ♡ The Eternal Message of the Qur’an ♡ 📖

THE VERSES OF THE QUR’AN ARE NOT CONFINED TO THE GENERATIONS THAT HAVE PASSED; they are a living guidance for every generation that comes, until the Day of Judgment. The people may change, the times may change, and circumstances may change, but the truth, wisdom, and guidance of Allah remain eternal.

The Qur’an was revealed in a particular time, yet its message transcends time. Its stories are not merely accounts of those who came before us, but lessons for those who live today and those who will come tomorrow. Its warnings are not only for the nations that perished, and its promises are not only for the believers of the past. Every generation must look into its verses and ask: What is Allah teaching us through these words, and what responsibility do we carry because of them?

Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) said:
“THE BLIND IS NOT SOMEONE WHO HAS LOST HIS EYESIGHT, BUT THE ONE WHO HAS LOST HIS INSIGHT ”

As the wisdom attributed to Imam Ali teaches us, one must not merely recite the words of revelation, but reflect upon them, understand their meaning, and put their guidance into practice.

The Qur’an speaks of the past so that we may learn, addresses the present so that we may act, and guides the future so that humanity may never be without divine direction.

Therefore, the question is not whether the Qur’an addresses past generations or future generations. The question is whether each generation is willing to recognize itself in its verses.

For the Qur’an is not merely a book about those who lived before us; it is a criterion by which every generation must examine its own faith, justice, character, and deeds, until the DAY OF JUDGMENT.

The spirit of the Quran, which is justice and truth, has always been one and will always remain one.

Here is a refined, forceful version in an Imam Ali-inspired style, emphasizing the greatness of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This is an original literary rendering, not a verified historical quotation from Imam Ali (Allehis Salaam).

The Greatness of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Do not compare the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ with yourselves, nor attempt to imitate his stature while diminishing his greatness. For how can you measure the light of divine guidance against the limitations of your own understanding?

Reflect upon what he accomplished in **twenty-three years** of prophethood. He transformed the course of Arabian history, awakened a people immersed in the ignorance of their age, united divided tribes, reformed their moral order, and carried the message of Islam beyond the boundaries of Arabia. Those who had once been divided by tribal rivalries became part of a civilization that would influence the world.

Tell me, is such a transformation an ordinary achievement, or does it bear witness to the extraordinary power of divine guidance?

How unfortunate is the one who lives in the presence of a great truth yet fails to recognize its worth! You witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, heard his words, and observed his character, yet failed to comprehend the magnitude of the mission entrusted to him. Meanwhile, others, even among those who did not share his faith, could recognize the extraordinary transformation he brought to humanity.

Woe to the blindness of a heart that sees the Messenger yet fails to recognize his greatness!

Know that the worth of Muhammad ﷺ is not diminished by your failure to understand him. The sun does not lose its radiance because the blind cannot see its light, nor does truth become lesser because people fail to acknowledge it.

Muhammad ﷺ was not measured by the standards of his people; rather, his message transformed the standards by which generations would judge truth, justice, mercy, and human dignity.

THE DIVINE SANCTITY OF THE QUR’AN AND THE CHOICE OF ALLAH.

The Qur’an is pure, sacred, and a divine revelation from the Lord of all worlds. None can truly convey its wisdom without sincerity, purity of intention, and reverence for the truth. It is the speech of the Creator, and Allah Himself has promised to protect His Book; no falsehood can ultimately prevail against His divine decree.

This Book is a living miracle, a light for humanity, and a testimony to the wisdom and majesty of the Lord of the heavens and the earth. No impure intention, deceitful tongue, or corrupt hand can diminish the truth that Allah has preserved.

And remember, Allah alone chooses whom He appoints as His Messenger. Prophethood is not a position granted by human preference, nor is it an authority that people may claim for themselves. It belongs to the wisdom and decree of the Almighty.

Therefore, do not imagine that you possess the authority to choose another in place of Muhammad ﷺ. The selection of a Messenger is not your jurisdiction; it is the exclusive prerogative of Allah, who knows best where to place His divine message.

For the Creator knows what His creation does not, and His wisdom stands above every human judgment.

Surah Luqman verse 20
Have you not seen that Allah has subjected for you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and has lavished His favours upon you, both seen and unseen? ˹Still˺ some dispute about Allah without knowledge, guidance, or an enlightening scripture.

When it is said to them, “Follow what Allah has revealed,” they reply, “No! We ˹only˺ follow what we found our forefathers practicing.” ˹Would they still do so˺ even if Satan is inviting them to the torment of the Blaze?

Whoever fully submits to Allah and is a good-doer, they have certainly grasped the firmest hand-hold. And with Allah rests the outcome of ˹all˺ affairs.

But whoever disbelieves, do not let their disbelief grieve you ˹O Prophet˺. To Us is their return, and We will inform them of all they did. Surely Allah knows best what is ˹hidden˺ in the heart.

Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 170
When it is said to them, ‘Follow what Allah has revealed,’ they reply, ‘No! We only follow what we found our forefathers practicing.’ Would they still do so, even if their forefathers had absolutely no understanding or guidance?”
